Double Bone Frenched Pork Chop - Stuffed with prosciutto & fontina cheese and char-grilled, finished off with toasted sage demi glace.
Bistro Steak - Espresso rubbed sirloin pan seared with gorgonzola cream sauce.
Flounder Francaise - fresh flounder filets dipped in seasoned eggs, shallow fried with crab meat in a tangy lemon butter pan sauce.
